inconsistent experience

room cleanliness

the room cleanliness was questionable, i noticed dust in several areas. the minibar was not replenished daily, requiring me to request refills multiple times. also, the air conditioning was inconsistent, and it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. i found this quite disruptive, particularly when i wanted to rest.

the location was very good I thought. It allows easy access to various points OF interest. the buffet breakfast was also a highlight, because it included a wide selection of items.

my room was not ideally situated sadly. it faced a wall which was VERY disappointing. the air conditioning also did not function that well and needs attention.

the location was superb (right by the river!). our room had a very spacious layout. chocolates and water welcomed us upon arrival. breakfast offered a great variety.

the air conditioning in the room did not cool the space as much as i expected.

i found the rooftop terrace to be awesome offering superb views for enjoying drinks there was convenient access to waterfront activities directly from the hotel my room included beautiful bathroom tiling and a very nice shower the staff offered a kind welcome making me feel valued.

i noticed the cancellation policy was strict and inflexible which could be problematic if unforeseen circumstances arise such as sudden travel changes.
